Akshay Kumar will be next seen in a sports period film. Superstar just took over social media to share the first look of his character from the movie .Gold is set in the backdrop of the 1948 London Olympics and narrates the story of independent India’s first gold medal win at the Olympics. The sports period film will be next addition in a long list of historical sports films like Lagaan and Bhaag Milkha Bhaag.
The movie is Produced by Excel Entertainment the film will be directed by Reema Kagti and will be Akshay’s first association with the Talaash director.
